Many aspects of modern life can conceal the seasons of our planet: Central heating can mask the coldness of winter or watching a screen can mean you miss the bloom in Spring. It is important then to actively acknowledge the season we&#8217;re in and embrace each with the gifts they bring. Many difficulties in life arise from resisting the flow of the natural course &#8211; for example, it can be difficult to buy fruit out of season, they may not be fully grown and they may be more expensive. Eckhart Tolle said &#8220;Move with the flow. Don&#8217;t fight the current. Resist nothing. Let life carry you.
