This page is typically used by friends and family for remote support so I can connect to your device and its screen. I don’t (currently) provide IT support services commercially so please don’t ask me to.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I use Teamviewer to connect to your device – it’s an established and trusted platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Download the Teamviewer Quick Support<\/a> app.
    (There are versions for     Apple<\/a> and Android<\/a> mobile devices.)<\/li>
  2. Close any apps open that aren’t relevant and run the app.<\/li>
  3. Complete the field with your name.<\/li>
  4. Provide me with the session code that is automatically generated.<\/li>
  5. I will then attempt to connect and you must authorise the connection.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Once the app is closed, I will no longer be able to connect. You will need to re-launch the app and provide me with a session code again.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
